| The Draguma has been a critter in my head for so long that it's almost a part of me. I've had to allow my skill to increase appropriately before I even tried a realistic try at this creature. You can see my first attempt, in the form of a tattoo design, in my gallery. Draguma: The size of a Mack-truck. These creatures are often found with dark (shades of blue, purple and red are common) fur covering their feline-like bodies with similarly colored bat-like wings. The eyes are always a bright, glowing green. Curious and kind by nature, these creatures are one of the few breeds of dragon-kin that would much rather be scratched behind the ear, chase a whisp or drink a large (very large) bowl of milk, than to horde a large cave of gold. Often found as companions to kindly giants or willing protectors of light aligned kingdoms. If you would like to do your own version of a Draguma, please leave me a note with a link to it so I can check out what you've done! Draguma is © K.L.C. Cannot be used without permission and/or recognition of the original creator/artist. Thanks! |

I think people tend to forget that trees are living creatures. They're sort of like dogs. Huge, quiet, motionless dogs, with bark instead of fur. ---Jack Handey

Art is only truly art when the creator believes it to be worthy to be called such. Do not worry what others think. Enjoy the praise, learn from the critiques and ignore the bashing. So says I.
